Новость от датских ученых: “Ибупрофен” опасен для мужчин

Ученые из Копенгагена решили доказать опасность “Ибупрофена” для мужчин. Для этого они протестировали группу из более чем 30 представителей мужского пола, которые на протяжение 14 дней принимали по 600 граммов указанного вещества.

Результаты ошеломили ученых. Оказалось, что это привело к гипогонадизму, правда, обратимого характера. Такие выводы были сделаны после обследования тканей. Яички также начинают вырабатывать гораздо меньше тестостерона. Чтобы это компенсировать, гормон начинают синтезировать надпочечники.

Такое заболевание, перешедшее в хроническую форму, провоцирует возникновение эректильной дисфункции, нарушение фертильности, развитие импотенции. The Guardian, когда освещала этот вопрос, опубликовала интервью с автором исследования — Девидом Кристенсеном. Ученый заявил, что “Ибупрофен” мужчинам стоит принимать только по необходимости — бесконтрольный прием может вызвать серьезные проблемы в половой сфере.
